SN-RNE Hot Tack Tester: It is suitable for the testing of the thermal adhesion and heat sealing performance of packaging materials such as plastic films and composite films. It is also suitable for the testing of the peeling and breaking of soft materials such as adhesives, adhesive tapes, self-adhesive products, adhesive composites, composite films, and paper.
Thermally seal two layers of film specimens, then pull the specimens to make the impact rod tear them apart at the thermally bonded part, and measure the required force value to evaluate the thermal adhesion strength.
1.The temperature, pressure, and time are adjustable, and the temperature control of the upper and lower sealing knives is independent.
